PETCPR+ Certification Course
Our program is based on the most current method of animal CPR called the RECOVER Initiative which was developed by emergency veterinarians. This class is designed to teach the participant how to administer emergency CPR and first aid to an animal until veterinary care is ascertained.
This course covers many aspects of handling emergency situations involving dogs and cats including how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Participants will learn how to safely restrain and transport dogs and cats that have been injured, manage common medical emergencies and perform CPR. This training is highly necessary for veterinary and animal professionals as well as pet owners who want to be prepared in the event of life threatening situation with animals in their care.

Are you ready to take the next step in your grooming career?
Certification refers to professional recognition of mastery in the art and science of professional pet grooming. Testing allows you to demonstrate your excellence through a series of practical and written exams on one breed for each of the following Groups:
1. Non-Sporting (Toy, Miniature, or Standard Poodle, or Bichon Frise)
2. Sporting (American or English Cocker, Springer Spaniel)
3. Short Legged Terrier (West Highland Terrier, Scottish Terrier, Sealyham Terrier or Cairn Terrier)
4. Long Legged Terrier (Miniature Schnauzer, Wire Fox Terrier, Bedlington Terrier, Soft Coated Wheaten or Kerry Blue Terrier)
Written exams are administered with each phase of practical skills testing (Non-Sporting, Sporting, and Terrier) and consist of 100 question, each. A final National Certified Master Groomer Exam consists of 400 questions covering all groups not previously taken including Working, Toy, Herding and Hound groups, anatomy, breed standards, breed identification, glossary of canine terms, general health, pesticides, and cat questions. Applicants will be allotted two hours to complete the written master examination.
