Pro Level Pre-Purchase Terms
Refund Policy
Pro Level pre-purchases may be refunded between the date of purchase and August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
Refund requests received after August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET are not eligible for a refund.
All approved refunds will be subject to:
- A 10% administrative fee.
- The retail value of the complimentary Artero Neck Dryer ($163.16) plus shipping, if the dryer has already been shipped or provided.
Extended Start Date Policy
Pro Level officially begins on August 3, 2026. If you are unable to begin at that time, you may delay your start date.
Students have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to begin the program.
To delay your start date, you must submit a formal pause request by emailing [email protected] prior to your intended start date. When you are ready to begin, contact Customer Service at the same email address to reactivate your enrollment.
Please note that all purchases become non-refundable after August 10, 2026, regardless of whether you have started the program.
Coupon Usage Policy
Additional promotional codes, coupons, discounts, or special offers may not be combined with Pro Level pre-enrollment purchases unless specifically stated otherwise by Paragon.
Complimentary Artero Neck Dryer
Students who purchase Pro Level between June 15, 2026, and August 3, 2026, will receive a complimentary Artero Neck Dryer.
If a student chooses to purchase a Pro Level Toolkit, the retail value of the Artero Neck Dryer ($163.16) will be deducted from the Toolkit price.
The Artero Neck Dryer has no cash value and may not be exchanged for store credit, substitutions, or cash.
Level 3 to Pro Level Upgrade Policy
Students with an Unused Level 3 Enrollment
Students who have purchased Level 3 but have not yet started the program may apply 100% of their original Level 3 tuition toward a Pro Advanced Stylist enrollment.
The student will be responsible for paying any difference between the Level 3 tuition paid and the current Pro Advanced Stylist Level tuition.
The original AKC Breed Stylist (Level 3) enrollment will be permanently closed and may not be reinstated once the transfer is completed.
Students Who Have Started or Completed Level 3
Because Level 3 content, mentor support, and program resources have already been utilized, tuition previously paid for, a completed Level 3 program is not eligible to be transferred toward Pro Level.
Students who are no more than 14 days into the Pro AKC Breed Stylist program may transfer their remaining time to Advanced Stylist. Students who are 15 days or more into their AKC Breed Stylist program are no longer eligible to transfer to Pro Advanced Stylist
