Summary/Objective

The second focus is to identify, develop, support, and maintain close contact with Affiliates, Influencers, and existing accounts by thoroughly building relational equity. As the Sales & Client Relations Coordinator you’ll be integral to all growth functions for the company, so having a strong presence is an asset.

Primary Functions

• Develop meaningful relationships and deepening trust and loyalty amongst pet businesses throughout the industry.
• Confidently demonstrate a complete and invested understanding of all Paragon and Learn2Groom offerings throughout all internal and external functions.
• Manage all activities regarding leads from referrals, social media, or other marketing systems.
• Maintain a proactive schedule of communications with all prospective and current clients, both individuals and businesses.
• Actively pursue the exceeding of mutually identified goals for sales on a quarterly basis.
• Develop and manage all affiliate and influencer programs involved in all Company programs.
• Create and Manage Recognition and Communication strategies and manage efforts geared toward client retention.
• Lead and direct the execution of sales and marketing objectives.
• Create Sales Plans to develop opportunities to grow through market research, to bring new business into the sales funnel from new customers and maintaining a constant vigilance over current customer needs.
• Setting up and scheduling current and prospective customer sales calls.
• Establishes relationships with referral sources, creating and expanding the Paragon network.
• Prepare and present product presentations of Company’s various services to referral sources and maintain follow-up with the referral sources.
• Educate referral sources on the components of company services and explains the interrelation of each of the services to the specific referral sources.
• Continually collaborates, evaluates, and reports on the Company’s marketing strategies, and behavioral insights.
• Advise management on effective conversion strategies and suggests any changes.
• Model, encourage and implement problem solving and cooperative interaction strategies
• Partner in the creation of media relations and effective marketing materials to increase company image and exposure.
• Assist Marketing team in the creation of website and social media content, and other materials.

Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma/GED is required.
2. At least 3 years of inside sales or marketing experience required.
3. Demonstrated experience in successful lead generation and conversion
4. CRM development, management, and experience is required.
