Connie Bailey has had a robust career of multi-unit experience with over 35 years in the industry of pet services. Connie began her grooming career because of her love of pets. As Connie grew in her career, she worked her way into corporate recruiting as well as 17 years in a corporate environment training new groomers. She has worked to design, implement and roll out new grooming services programs to over 1200 stores nationwide. Connie has a strong background in business execution of safety, quality, customer service and procurement. She is very passionate about the grooming industry and she believes that you should never stop learning so she plans to continue teaching, developing and mentoring new groomers to be successful. Connie has been lucky enough to work and train with top groomers in the industry, become a mentor for other training programs and has attended many grooming shows to continue her education.
