Meet Rising Star and Paragon Certified Pet Groom Tech student Jaci Brunet! At Petsense in Reidsville, North Carolina, Jaci has shown strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Her commitment to learning and willingness to seek feedback have helped her build a solid foundation as she begins her grooming journey.

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I have always enjoyed working with dogs, and in the few years I have been grooming I thought my skills could improve.
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed having valuable feedback from my mentor, Suesan, who helped me progressively get better at prep work.

What are your future goals?
I would love to become a more fast and efficient dog groomer, and maybe one day start my own business.
