Rising Star Madison Nicely: A Success Story in the Making
Meet Rising Star and Pet Groomer Grad Madison Nicely of Countryside Grooming in Crozet, Virginia! Madison’s positive attitude and pragmatic approach to learning make her an awesome student. Her work is incredible, and we’re so excited for her as she takes this next step into the world of grooming!

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I choose grooming as a career because I love working with dogs and helping them feel and look their best!
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed getting hands-on and putting into practice what I’ve learned.
Where can we see your work?
At Countryside Pet Grooming in Crozet! I do not currently have a very active social media but I plan on it in the future.
What are your future goals?
My future goals are to complete Level 2 and take each day as an opportunity to learn more and further develop my skills to be the best groomer that I can be.
Any advice for aspiring groomers?
I would tell aspiring groomers to not be too hard on themselves! We have a tendency to be perfectionists but it’s important to give yourself some grace. Rather than focusing on perfection we should aim for improvement.
