Meet Rising Star and Paragon Certified Professional Groom Tech Rianna Grabast of Petsense in Brownwood, Texas! Grooming has come so naturally to Rianna, and we’ve been so impressed with her coursework! She’s going to do great things, and we can’t wait to see what she does next!
Her mentor, Jen McCarthy, shares with us, “Rianna has been a pleasure to have as a student. She is so positive and communicative. She always made sure to keep me update on where she was with everything, and she asked questions to clarify anything she didn’t understand to make sure she was getting things right. Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I’ve always dreamed to work with dogs! Little did I know I actually had a passion in doing dog grooming!
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed seeing how happy the customers are once they come back to pick them up!
Any advice for aspiring groomers?
All I have to say is don’t be afraid to try something new! Don’t let it hold you back! Just go for it and try it, you never know you may end up really enjoying it!
