Meet Rising Star and Groom Tech Grad Sarah Field of Pet Supplies Plus in Ames, Iowa! Sarah poured their heart into their studies here and it showed in every assignment she turned in. We’re over the moon that she’s found something she loves doing and can’t wait to see what she does next!

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I always thought it looked fun, and I dog sit for my other job, so when I finally got out of the food industry, I thought it would be a nice change of pace. I was right!
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
Definitely learning so many new skills. I really liked doing natural feet.

What are your future goals?
Honestly, I’m not sure! I’m moving to Nashville next year and I’m very excited for the grooming opportunities there.
Any advice for aspiring groomers?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! It sounds cliche, but no question is a dumb question!
