Utah Star Follows Passion for Poodles
Rising Star Stefanie Nolazco took her poodle to the groomer – and she came back with a whole new career! Following her love of dogs, Stefanie grooms at The Gray Dog in St. George, UT, and just completed Paragon’s Level 2 – Pet Groomer course. We’re thrilled to see her shine.

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I have always loved dogs and knew I wanted to work with dogs from a very young age. One day, when I brought my poodle to be groomed, I noticed they were hiring… so I applied!
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed learning everything! There are so many different techniques, and Paragon has so much information!
Are you currently employed, or still looking?
I am employed at The Gray Dog.
What are your future goals?
I aspire to be a Master Groomer!
