Rising Star Stephanie Little loves dogs! Her passion for dog training lead her to grooming, which she now hones at Pet Supplies Plus in Albany, NY. She just finished Paragon’s Level 2 Pet Groomer program. Kudos, Stephanie!

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I choose dog grooming as a career because I love dogs. I am a dog trainer, and I thought that grooming would be a great thing to learn and understand to help dog owners with all aspects of the dog’s life. If it helps the dog, then I want to learn about it.
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed the hands-on part of my coursework. I got to work with some great groomers that helped me with great tips and tricks for grooming a dog. Getting to see a dog before you groom it and then the after is amazing. It’s like a work of art once you are finished.
Are you currently employed, or still looking?
I am currently employed at Pet Supplies Plus – Albany.
What are your future goals?
My future goals are to continue working with dogs.
