PROGRAM EXTENSIONS:

Students are expected to complete each level of the Distance Learning Program within 4 months. Any student that fails to complete any particular level within the expected time to complete, shall be required to pay for extension of that level. Extension fees are as follows:

If student’s progress in the Distance Learning Program is greater than 50%: Student must pay 50% of tuition cost for a single level. This extension will give the student an additional 2 months to complete the current level.

If student’s progress in the Distance Learning Program is less than 50%: Student must pay 100% of tuition cost for a single level. This extension will give the student an additional 4 months to complete the current level.

The Distance Learning Program Handbook outlines complete rules of conduct and satisfactory progress. Students can begin online courses once they acknowledge and agree to the conduct policies therein.

NAILS AND EARS TECHNICIAN PROGRAM STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

The Student can complete the Nails and Ears Technician program as quickly as they like or take up to 30 days to complete the level. No refunds or program extensions will be offered due to the short nature of the program. Should a Student’s program expire after the 30 days, the Student is more than welcome to re-purchase the program and resume their education.

Termination:

After discovery, investigation, and determination of suspected falsification or submission of any graded, or to be graded materials has been performed, and the student is found in violation of cheating or submitting other’s work instead of their own, the student may face disciplinary action up to and including termination from the program.  Cheating is an offense taken very seriously in the Paragon program and will be dealt with as such.
