Meet Rising Star and Pet Groomer Grad Andrea Arredondo of Petsense in Uvalde, Texas! We can immediately tell that Andrea has that grooming “spark,” and she’ll go on to do great things in this industry. She’s great at solving problems and consistently produces stunning work. We’re so proud of what she’s achieved!
Her mentor Suesan Watson adds, “Andrea showed time and time again that this was the journey she was supposed to be on. Now as she graduates Level 2, she is well on her way to being the groomer she one days hopes to be. She worked hard and stayed on track and didn’t let the little disappointments get in the way. Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I absolutely love working with animals, it’s such a privilege to get to help and work with dogs.
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed getting the opportunity to enhance my knowledge of the grooming industry.

Any advice for aspiring groomers?
Never give up! Even though it may feel difficult just have a little bit of patience and it would all be worth it! 🙂
