Thomasville Star Finds Peace in Grooming
Cassie Roland finds peace in pet grooming. She discovered her passion as a veterinary technician, and began grooming at Petsense (Tractor Supply) in Thomasville, GA. She just graduated Paragon’s Pet Groomer – Level 2 course, and we’re so proud!

Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I chose the grooming career because I knew I wanted to have a career that included animals. I worked in the Veterinary Technician field but it just wasn’t for me. I discovered that I really enjoyed grooming by helping the Groomer at the vet clinic weather it was washing a dog or drying a dog for her. I just really enjoyed it. I am at peace when I am grooming.
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed being able to learn new skills and information.

I am currently employed with Petsense by Tractor Supply.
