Why did you choose dog grooming as a career?
I enjoy working with dogs and learning about them too. I’m very excited to enter the grooming world, where you never stop learning and growing.
What did you enjoy most during your coursework?
I enjoyed figuring out ways to make the grooms easier on the dog and myself. I also love seeing pet parents faces when their pup comes out of our salon all excited about their new fresh look.
What are your future goals?
My goal is to become a great groomer and pass off my experiences and knowledge to future groomers.
Any advice for aspiring groomers?
Even though people think groomers just “play with puppies all day” doesn’t make it true. We do part of the day then we care for their needs and cut their hair!
